Chocolate Mousse Easy. No cooking

Chocolate mousse

I got the idea for this when Rachael Ray mentioned on her tv show.

1 Container Nutella

1 small heavy whipping cream

2 -3 Tablespoons sugar

Take inner foil wrapping off Nutella and put in microwave for 45 seconds and set aside to cool.

Pour whipping cream into cold bowl and using hand mixer on high (about 5 minutes,) whip cream to soft peak state.  About halfway through, add sugar as you whip the cream.  Slowly fold in about half to two thirds of the whipped cream into the Nutella.  The mousse can be eaten right away with whipping cream to top it.

If you like, refrigerate it and or freeze it .   Frozen it will have the taste and texture of gelato!

Even better:  freeze into small dishes such as parfaits and it will taste like rich gelato or ice cream.  top with hazelnuts or grated choclate to kick it up further!
