Baked Meatballs

one pound ground beef or turkey

1 egg beaten

3 T. bread crumbs, or matzoh meal optional

1 pound frozen chopped spinach (defrosted and squeezed dry

3-5 cloved garlic chopped fine

oil spray

Mix ground meat with the rest of the ingredients and shape into walnut (or slightly larger) meatballs and place on oiled pan.  Bake for abt 20 minutes until meatballs start to brown.  Enjoy by themselves or with a salsa for dipping or even an olive tapenade!
