Going gluten-Free for Rob

Rob at Boynton Beach

Rob was recently re-diagnosed as having celiac.  so, now no challah, cake, bread unless it is made gluten free.  I am taking this as a personal challenge as a chef used to baking with typical white flour or whole wheat flour.  I am serching for recipes, techniques etc and trying to keep him away from the foods that will make him sick.

There are so many wonderful gluten-free recipes out there. One of my favorite blogs is Gluten Free Girl and the Chef: http://glutenfreegirl.com

It’s sort of your situation in reverse. Many of the recipes on this site sound wonderful, but a bit ambitious for me. As a professional chef, however, you could probably whip these out pretty easily.

    Good luck!
